Our website address is: http://PurgingParty.com, aka “The Well Organized Entrepreneur” and Melody Granger (“We, Us, Our”).  We are “Melody Granger LLC” operating a Professional Organizing Service Business based in the United States that provides free organizing tips/help via article content, signing up for access to container guides, plus private email content that we deem useful for your success, and we also host group consulting programs and provide private organizing services for individuals.

By visiting our website, intereacting in webinars, conference/coaching calls, watching YouTube videos, sending emails, using message boards, purchasing products, programs, services or interacting with any of our 3rd Party Service Providers (“Their”), you accept the Terms of Our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Their Privacy Policy.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your Gravatar profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you sign up to receive services or free materials via our website, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email whenever you would like to be removed from our communication system.

What third parties we receive data from

Aweber Email Service collects your name, email, and city, which we have access to review, when you sign up for any free materials, paid services, or free programs from any location, such as a Social Media Ad, our website, or other locations you choose to share your personal information in exchange for special content to be delivered to your email address.

Social Media sites can provide demographic data to us if we want to access it to learn more about you. We can use Social Media sites to target specific audiences with specific demographics with advertisements.

Conference Call sites can provide information to us, such as the ability to see callers arriving on a conference/coaching call by displaying phone numbers as they are connected to the call.  Your name can possibly be seen by other participants calling in from a webpage if you enter any personal information, such as your name.  Please review the Privacy Policy of the conference call company for details on how they may collect and use your private information. By attending a conference/coaching call you are accepting their terms and privacy policy.

By visiting our website, intereacting in webinars, sending emails, using message boards, purchasing products, programs, services or interacting with any of our 3rd Party Service Providers, you accept the Terms of Our Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms of Their Privacy Policies.
